Implemented additional import parsers to reach a new vertical with the DIY market.

Led several benchmarks to identify the bottlenecks in the existing import pipelines. Moved bottlenecks to asynchronous tasks to parallelize parsing and ingestion of product information. Measured a 30% time reduction on the complete import pipeline, and increased stability for large imports.

Led the design and development of a modern solution to replace the existing import pipeline. Leveraged event-driven architecture (EDA) to design a highly concurrent and scalable solution. Successfully moved several import formats to this new pipeline.
